2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not install cameras inside your home. Under our NEEO standard (No Eyes Except Outside), interior camera hardware is never part of a HiddenHalo system.
• We do not access, store, monitor, or record video footage from any camera or surveillance equipment installed at your property.
• We do not collect medical, health, or biometric information.
• We do not collect financial information such as credit card numbers or bank account details. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors.
• We do not use cookies for advertising, tracking, or retargeting purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

HiddenHalo does not monitor, access, record, or store any such data unless you provide explicit written authorization for troubleshooting or support purposes. Any authorized access is temporary and limited to the specific support request.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete that information.
